Qualifications:
- Female, 35-45 years old; graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Chemical Engineering; holder of a Master's degree in Business Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years hand-on experience in corporate planning derived preferably from heavy manufacturing industrial environment.
- Highly skilled and knowledgeable in project management, business planning, forecasting of business performance, strategy-making and optimization of business operations.

Qualifications:
Male, Graduate of any engineering course or 2-4 years technical or vocational course in industrial electricity, instrumentation or chemical technology.
At least 1-2 years experience in engineering-related or chemical processing jobs.
Fresh graduates with high scholastic record may be considered.
Task :
To man and operate field system and equipment of the plant's different operating units.
To maintain a safe working environment ensuring strict compliance to company safety procedures,
and by playing a proactive role in the recognition and elimination of hazards.
To contribute in the continuous improvement of plant performance and efficiency by sharing ideas and information with the team.

Maintenance:

DCS ENGINEER (Bataan-based)
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of ECE, Computer Engineering or Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Technology.
- With a minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in DCS Instrumentation and Control particularly in design development, application, testing, programming, commissioning and maintenance.
- Exposure on Yamatake-Honeywell DCS model is a big advantage.
- Ability to provide technical support and to respond quickly and intelligently to emergency situations.
- Computer-Literate.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Equipment Reliability Engineer
Qualifications:
- Male or Female.
- Degree in BS Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Computer Literate.
- Minimum 1 year related working experience from a heavy industrial process company preferably in petrochemical, oil and gas, paper and cement.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Vibration analysis (working knowledge in Oil Analysis and Thermography is a plus factor).
Electrical Supervisor (1)
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Degree in B.S. in Electrical Engineering
- Registered or Professional Electrical Engineer
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable in PLC, Allen Bradley SLC500
- Three (3) years experience as an Electrical Supervisor in heavy industrial plant (petrochemical, paper, cement or power generation plant)

Job Specifications:
- Will be task in the maintenance of fire fighting equipments; conducting training.
- In-charge in the planning, monitoring and conducting fire and rescue related activities including distribution of work to fireman, submission of reports, and will lead the ERT team members in fire fighting during emergencies.
Fireman
Qualifications :
Basic and advance firefighting.
Rescue training and chemical awareness training.
Knowledgeable in usage and maintenance of firefigthing equipments.
Knowledgeable in firehose layouts and able to drive fire truck.
Willing to be assigned in the bataan plant.
